Group visits

Group admission tickets

Offered Monday-Friday visits only, weekends and holidays excluded. 24 hour advance purchased required.

A minimum of 10 tickets must be purchased to receive the group rates, Maximum of 100 may enter at assigned time. For groups with children, this includes a required ratio of 1 adult per every 10 children. 1:10 adult chaperone will be admitted free. Additional adults are paid admissions.

You will receive e-tickets in pdf format as an attachment to your confirmation email. These pdf's will be scanned at the entrance.

Please note: we are unable to offer refunds for group tickets.

When you arrive, please be prepared for the following:
- If you are bringing lunches or snacks, you are responsible for off-loading these items from your bus/vehicle on your own. We are unable to assist you with this. A sanitized rolling bin will be made available to your group for your exclusive use. The bin will remain on the front plaza area while your group is inside the Aquarium.

-All food items brought with you must be consumed outside the Aquarium on our front lawn area or at the nearby shoreline park. You may not bring your own food inside the Aquarium. (Personal water bottles are allowed.)
